Your tenants must pay rent by the 1st of every month and have various means to do so, including an online portal. In the event of a late rent payment, Peak Residential will notify the tenant and administer a late payment fee.


Usually, these actions are enough to prevent and solve rent payment issues. However, should the problem persist, we will begin the eviction process. Eviction is our last resort, but we are committed to keeping your Antelope property a stable source of income for you!
