Vacancies can be costly, especially when they persist for several months. That’s why, at Peak Residential, we have a top-notch lease renewal strategy that helps retain your best tenants! 


Tenants are required to notify us of their intention to move out at least sixty days in advance. We use this period to craft the most effective marketing strategy for your Woodland rental property. Our goal is to ensure a replacement tenant can occupy your property as soon as the previous one has moved out.

Tenant Screening

Soon after we start the advertising process, prospective tenants will begin making inquiries about your vacant rental property via email, phone or even text. 


At this point, we'll start scheduling property showings. At Peak Residential, we conduct property showings 6 days a week and provide prospective tenants with a showing calendar so everyone can easily find a time to view your Woodland property!


After the showing, we'll provide all interested applicants with a detailed application form. Then we vet each applicant to gauge whether they are suitable to rent your property. 

Rent Collection

At Peak Residential, we require our tenants to pay rent by the 1st of every month using our easy and convenient rent payment options, including an online option! 


If for any reason, rent is paid late, we notify the tenant immediately and impose a late fee. In most cases, upon receiving notice tenants will make their payment promptly. However, should the tenant fail to pay, we will consider filing for their eviction.


While evicting a tenant is our last resort, sometimes we have no other option. We know you need your tenants to pay rent on time, every time. Peak Residential is committed to ensuring you don't have to worry about late rent!
