After the showing, we’ll then require all interested applicants to fill out a detailed application form. We’ll also make use of our tenant screening process and vet each applicant to gauge their suitability to occupy the property. 




Rent Collection

At Peak Residential, we require that our tenants pay by the 1st of every month. Our tenants have easy and convenient rent payment options, including an online one. 


If for whatever reason the rental payment falls late, we’ll notify the tenant immediately and impose a late fee. In most cases, the tenant will abide by the notice and make a prompt payment. However, should the tenant choose to ignore it, we may consider filing for their eviction.


While removing a tenant is usually the last resort, sometimes we’re left with no other option. Our goal is to ensure you are paid on time, every time.
